Apparently Mr. Huck, the modern day master of relief prints, has finished his latest suite of prints, "The Hillbilly Kama Sutra" and it is awesome. Had a blast in Nola for the 2012 SGCI conference. So much going on but one of the highlights was definitely the Wolfbat Studios organized BFT and the Wolfbat Railway extravaganza. About 20 (i think) artist/teams created these rail cars and on the final night, after they were all completed were paraded through the streets in a wild and drunken fury. There were fireworks, fire, chanting, drums, PBR and plenty of whiskey in what I can only remember as being a blast, as hazy as those memories are. I'd have to say that MAPC in Minneapolis was awesome, despite having to leave early and coming down with a possible case of swine flu. Great art, great bars, great people. The highlight was definitely Josh Macphee's talk. Check out his co-op Justseeds.org Very well spoken and inspiring
